Trip Itinerary
DAY 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)
Welcome to Kathmandu. Upon your arrival in Tribhuwan International Airport, our office representative will pick you up from there and safely escort to hotel where you can relax in leisure time. If you have enough time, roaming around the Thamel area is great option. Our guide will brief you about the Pashupatinath and Muktinath Darshan Yatra at hotel.
DAY 02: Pashupatinath Darshan and Valley Sightseeing (1,350m)
Today, we will wake up in early morning and visit Pashupatinath Temple. Pashupatinath is largest temple of lord Shiva where thousands of people make pilgrimage every year. We will worship lord Pashupatinath, enjoy the blissful surrounding and head towards another world heritage site in Kathmandu. We then visit Swoyambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), Bouddanath Stupa (Largest Gumba in World) and Kathmandu Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square if time permits.
DAY 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara, (850 meters), 6-7 hours
Today we will start a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara after taking an early morning breakfast. We will drive via Prithvi Highway and reach Pokhara in 6-7 hours. On the way to Pokhara you can explore the scattered villages, countryside lifestyle and big blue rivers. Upon reaching Pokhara, you will safely escorted to hotel near lakeside where you can relax in leisure time. Or you can roam around the Phewa Lake during evening.
DAY 04: Drive from Pokhara to Jomsom (2,743 m)
The next day we will drive to Jomsom via pleasant trail exploring the overwhelming natural beauties. As we drive to higher elevation the mountains starts to appear closer. After about 7 hours’ drive we will reach Jomsom where we will stay for tonight.
DAY 05: Drive from Jomsom to Muktinath (3,710 m), then to Beni (899 m)
DAY 06: Drive back from Beni to Pokhara (850m)
The next day we will drive to Jomsom via pleasant trail exploring the overwhelming natural beauties. As we drive to higher elevation the mountains starts to appear closer. After about 7 hours’ drive we will reach Jomsom where we will stay for tonight.
DAY 07: Drive back from Pokhara to Kathmandu (1,350m)
DAY 08: Final Departure or Trip extension
